As the Founder and President of PAI, she is widely recognised for her expertise in programming, project scheduling, project controls, and project management. She focuses on how delays and disruptions affect large, complex infrastructure and public-private partnership (PPP) projects around the world. Having testified over 50 times in arbitration cases and holding memberships in several professional organisations, Ms Ramey offers significant experience and insight to international dispute resolution proceedings.

Mauricio Carrasco

As Managing Director, he oversees the technical programming analysis on our assignments. He specialises in delay analysis, project management, and project controls. He excels in developing quantification models, preparing expert reports, and providing expert testimony in international arbitration proceedings. His global experience spans various sectors on large-scale projects involving multiple teams, numerous interconnected tasks, and significant changes on projects across Europe, the Americas, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

Andrew Parry

As Director of PAI (UK), Dr Parry is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of the expert analysis process across UK-based projects and select international assignments. He has provided independent expert testimony in a range of dispute resolution forums and holds a doctorate specialising in delay analysis within the construction sector. Dr Parry leads multidisciplinary professional teams in the delivery of expert analysis for complex, high-value projects spanning multiple industries. His expertise encompasses advanced Building Information Modelling (BIM) 4D techniques for delay and risk analysis, and he directs a university-affiliated 4D research team.
